FOSECHILLY AGRI FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED is a Bengaluru-based agri foods company connecting India's finest farm produce with households, retailers, food processors and export buyers. We specialise in dry red chillies, turmeric and whole spices, alongside a full range of pulses, rice, millets, oilseeds and dry fruits.

What we believe

Good food starts at the farm gate. We procure directly from growers and regulated mandis in peak season, then clean, sortex-sort, moisture-test and grade every lot at our facility before it earns the Fosechilly crest.

How we operate

Fosechilly Fresh Mart is a retailer. Every product we sell is procured through authorised distribution channels and delivered in the original, sealed manufacturer packaging — we never open, repack or relabel any item. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the genuine products we stock.

Information we collect

• Order details — name, phone number, email and delivery address you provide at checkout, used solely to fulfil your order.
• Account details — if you register, your name, phone, email and an encrypted password.
• Payment — payments are processed via UPI directly to our registered UPI ID. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or banking passwords.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.
• We do not send marketing messages without consent.

Data security & retention

Returns

• Report damaged, spoiled or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos to info@fosechillyagrifoods.com or WhatsApp.
• Being perishable food items, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Approved returns are picked up at our cost or you may be asked to dispose of the item (for spoilage cases).

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI/card) or as store credit for COD orders.
• If an item is out of stock after you order, we refund that item in full immediately.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy above applies.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds (prepaid) or when we confirm dispatch (COD).
• Agricultural commodity prices vary with season; listed prices may change without notice, but a confirmed order is honoured at the price paid.

3. Product information

Weights are packed weights; natural produce may vary slightly in colour, size and moisture within grade specifications. Images are representative.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by RBI-regulated payment partners. We do not store card or UPI credentials.

5. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

• Bengaluru: 1–3 business days.
• Karnataka & South India: 2–5 business days.
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days.

Charges

• Orders above ₹999: FREE delivery.
• Orders below ₹999: flat ₹49 delivery charge.
• Bulk orders (25 kg+): freight quoted separately at actuals.

Tracking

You receive dispatch confirmation with courier details by SMS/WhatsApp/email. Delays due to weather, strikes or courier disruptions will be communicated proactively.

Are your products fresh?

Yes — we procure in peak season, store in pest-controlled facilities, and pack to order. Every pack carries a packing date.

How do I pay?

UPI — scan the QR at checkout with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. Or Cash on Delivery.

Do you provide tax invoices?

Yes, every order ships with a proper tax invoice. Businesses may be able to claim input credit where applicable.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes — 25/50 kg bags and container quantities for chillies, turmeric, spices and pulses. Email us for bulk pricing.

Which chilli should I buy?

Byadagi for deep red colour with mild heat, Guntur Sannam for balanced everyday cooking, Teja/S17 when you want serious pungency.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund — see our Return & Refund Policy.
